She is most inspired by the Dalai Lama. We live on the West Coast of Canada and I share my home with my two older feline sisters Tika and Kizzy and my NEW little brother Sam Cooper who... is all the way from MidSouth Pug Rescue in Tennessee!! I am 11 and I don't walk to well anymore, but that doesn't mean I don't get around! Welcome to my blog.

PS Happy Easter
Ooo this is a good idea! But I'm traveling out of town for Easter and won't be able to get a pot and a flower by Monday...But I'll do it one day next week! And I'll make sure the flower is pink, for Payton!
ReplyDeleteWe will participate! We ordered some pink rain lilies, but they may not make in time for Easter Monday. But we will post anyway.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful way to pay tribute to Payton. Beautiful, living things to remind us of her.
We found so pink daisies today! They are for Payton. We were so thrilled. Every time we look at them we will remember Payton.

We wish we could participate but we don't have a garden in which we can plant a pink flower. Our back yard is concrete and our front yard is wood chips Hopefully we can take a picture of some pink flowers

What a wonderful idea Winston! I am going to see if Mom will look for some pink flowers when she goes out later! Plus, of course, we will be planting some sunflowers for her!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a lovely thing! Mommy and Daddy are going away very early tomorrow morning, but Mommy said that when they return she will buy some pink flowers just for Payton.

We want to participate, too, but we ordered some flowers so we won't be able to plant them, yet.
ReplyDeleteWe ordered some pink bleeding hearts from the Green Mountain Pug Rescue fundraiser mama saw on Facebook ... http://www.flowerpowerfundraising.com/campaign?campaign_id=9764 Half the money goes to pug rescue ...
Mama said these will come up every year and when they bloom we will remember Payton! We can't wait until we get them! They are pink and the flowers are heart-shaped! When we saw them we thought of Payton!

Here on the farm we name our seed trays after our pets. Before you'd even suggested this, we made a tray for Payton and it is filled now with peas. I'll plant them tomorrow, probably cry a little more, and refill it with some pink flower seeds. It's such a nice thought.

It's a little early to plant here but we promise to plant pink for Payton in a couple of weeks!
