Who is Smiling Pug?
- Winston Wilbur
- Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada
- "I am a happy pug therefore.... I am a smiling pug"! My mum is called Smilingpug... after me! Because of her love of animals and nature, she is a Buddhist and a vegetarian (thank god). She is most inspired by the Dalai Lama. We live on the West Coast of Canada and I share my home with my two older feline sisters Tika and Kizzy and my NEW little brother Sam Cooper who... is all the way from MidSouth Pug Rescue in Tennessee!! I am 11 and I don't walk to well anymore, but that doesn't mean I don't get around! Welcome to my blog.

My 7th Birthday Party
Winston celebrated his 7th birthday on January 19th. So in keeping with the celebration he had a dog birthday party the day before his birthday. Dickens, Hamlet & Babette along with Cousin Penny attended plus..... 8 adults. The house was filled with pugs and a poodle, lots of excitement and chaos, along with the 8 humans, for the next 2 1/2 hours. Needless to say at the end of it all there were 5 very tired dogs and 8 very exhausted humans and cake and plates everywhere. Winston had a blast and got loads of gifts, the humans had cake and coffee, the dogs had their own cake and the only time there was silence in the house was during the devouring of cake. All in all it was a blast and everyone had a great time... until next year, here are the photos of the fun!
A very tired Winston after all the festivities!

Christmas Day 2008
Wow, I had a pretty fun Christmas Day. Mum uploaded the videos of me opening my many gifts but here are the actual photos from throughout the day. I even got my own special dog Christmas Cracker!
Here is me with the prize from my Cracker
Here is my Cracker after I broke into it
Here I am chewing on my favourite toy of the month, Granny gave this to me and I love it that I have chewed it so much the squeaky prize doesn't squeak anymore
Oh this is a shot of one of the catnip toys the girls got. They got the exact same toy from Auntie Justine so as there would be no fighting, phew thank god I am the only pug in the household
Me at the Christmas table waiting for my turkey dinner
Still waiting!
Ah my dinner, mum put me in the kitchen to keep everything clean and tidy
The tree on Christmas Eve, Oh look at all the gifts!
