Winston heres.
I GOTS MY NEW WHEELS!!
If you don't follow me on facebooks, you haven't seen the picture of my new set of wheels.
(You also might not knows that recently I have lost some mobility in my back legs. I went to a neurologist who suggested an MRI to confirm what is going ons. Until we get that done, I have my new wheels to helps me get about.)
I gots them last Monday, had two test runs in the house then did a test runs outsides.
Mum & Dad worried how I was gonna be outsides... naturally, I was fines. Worry-warts!!!

Anywho, I tooks my wheels to my pug meet on Saturday, and here are some pics from our gathering.
Posing in my new wheels! |
Just hanging with the group |
I thinks I will pass on the swim today. |
Look at those crazy pugs!! |
So I am still getting used to the wheels and lots of treats are handed outs!
I could totally get used to this!
For anypug wondering about my wheels, I wents out to Handicapped Pets Canada in Abbottsford BC. They do most of their business onlines but you can go out to their office too!
They carry a large selection of items for us dogs!
They gots, splints, harnesses, wheels, ramps... the list goes on.
We are very pleased with the wheels!
I will be getting used to the wheels for the next little whiles, but so far so goods!
Keep on rolling my furiends!

Winston your wheels need a good name...have you thought of any yet?
ReplyDeleteThose are some awesome wheels, Winston! And you have an awesome family to get you a set. We hope the MRI shows nothing serious and you start to feel better soon. Do you have an acupuncture vet up there? We met a doxie who had nerve damage and was paralyzed from it but acupuncture and some swim therapy helped him out enough to walk again. And it helps Isabelle feel better with her arthritis and breathing too.
ReplyDeleteHi Winston
ReplyDeleteYou look so cool in your wheels! It will take just a little while for you to get used to them.
I bet you are learning a lot by having them- right?
Most important you can sniff for crumbs on the floor and go all over the place!

Winston, those are pretty cool wheels! But we're out of the loop, didn't realize you were having mobility problems--or our human didn't remember. We're sending you purrs, hoping the wheels will be temporary only!

Winston! So cool! You look sporty now! Can you run faster in your new wheels? Do they give you a winning advantage for treat-grabbing? Mama says she has a soft spot for Wheelies, so you had better watch out next time we see you - she's gonna be all over you like fly paper, baby.
